so yeah my mom made these Homemade,grilled, jalepeno & cilantro all natural, grass fed, real BEEF burgers for dinner. and uhm yeah hi I haven’t had a “real burger” in over two years. TWO YEARS! she put them on Ezekiel with dairy free pepperjack, organic mustard, avocado, tomato, romaine and spinach.
and it doesn’t mean that its “unhealthy” or whatever. When you make them yourself everything is better.
but yeah. this was kind of a big deal.

no filler/all natural black peppered turkey breast, unsweetened shredded coconut(FINALLY FOUND IT!) :), 2%Fage & crumbled Goat cheese (because I can), Annies natural organic mustard, Sabra spinach artichoke hummus, eggwhites (to add to the farm fresh eggs from my grandpas farm), almond/coconut milk, earth balance coconut pb, Ezekiel bread.
Stopped at that cute French cafe that I’m obsessed with after school today with Megan. Like OMG:) so delish! We split two different sandwiches because we couldn’t decide which one to choose so we got two different sandwiches and halved each:) So this one is mine:) We got the vegan sandwich that has hummus, avocado, cucumber, romaine, spinach, tomatoes, pesto, and tapenade. Then we also got Le Provençal which has Portabella mushrooms, spinach, goat cheese, pesto and fig spread. Uh yum!! :) ☺😊😍😜😄
Oh and last night me and my friend went shopping for stuff for dinner and we heard the coconut milk ice cream calling our names so we decided to get this favor which we haven’t tried before. Uhm yeah it was perf.
Raw protein oatmeal spice bars
I make these for me and my friend and we take them in a ziplock baggie to school as a snack:) but sometimes I just change the flavors and make like banana nut, or mint chocolate etc.
1cup oats, 1cup egg whites, 1/2cup almond milk, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1/4tsp cloves, 1/4tsp ginger, 3 truvia packets. All combined and cooked at 350F for 20min in a 8X8 baking dish.

Made oat pancakes for breakfast this morning, and made them heart and star shaped to sass things up a bit;)
Made them with 1/2 cup oat flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup almond milk & cinnamon. Then topped then with earth balance ‘butter’ and agave syrup:) Hellz yeah 😘👌
then sliced banana with cinnamon.
Scrambled eggs (1egg+whites), roasted potatoes with zucchini, onion, spinach, and tomatoes, sliced avocado.

for breakfast I had scrambled eggs(1egg+whites) with yellow bell pepper and tomato. With 2 pieces cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with earth balance vegan butter spread. :)
